By accessing and using MCPeasy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

MCPeasy is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to build and manage custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The Service allows you to create, configure, and deploy MCP servers that integrate with external APIs and webhooks.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPeasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCPeasy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law
